The locks have been changed for the outdoor unreserved and reserved storage at the CCISD building. Please. Contact me at 307-686-1221 or my cell is 307-660-9816.. we are verifying all items in storage before you will be given a key. Any items not claimed or verified will be towed at owners expense. I am available all weekend or you can contact Wade. My regular hours are @10 AM until 2 PM Monday through Friday. Thanks you in advance Linda.

EPA service-line material inventory

The Water Guy has been working to identify service line material throughout the water system. Several notices have been mailed to homeowners and will continue to be mailed until all service line material has been identified. This is an EPA requirement. Water Guy will work with the board to investigate the water line materials. If you have not submitted the information for your home address to Water Guy, please do so. The office can tell you whether a notice is still outstanding for your lot: (307) 686-1221.

Excess water usage is billed year-round

Water meters are read all year. Any excess water usage over 30,000 gallons a month will be billed. This is a standing notice from the water system. If a bill looks wrong, bring the statement to the office so it can be checked against the meter record. The Central Campbell County Improvement and Service District handles water service for Sleepy Hollow.

Campbell County Chapter 10 nuisance regulations
September 10, 2019
Campbell County Chapter 10 nuisance regulations apply in the subdivision. The county text is posted with the association documents. Nuisance issues that are also covenant matters can be raised with the board. Put them on the agenda by calling Linda at the office no later than the Friday before the monthly meeting.

The Sleepy Hollow Homeowner's Association meetings are scheduled on the last Tuesday of each month starting at 7:30 p.m. at the Sleepy Hollow Trend Building, 6304 Irving Blvd. The Central Campbell County Improvement and Service District meetings follow the Homeowner's Association meetings each month. If you have anything that you would like to include on the agenda please contact Linda at the office at 686-1221 no later than the Friday before each month's meeting. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. Meeting minutes are posted on the website each month following board approval. There is no meeting in December.
Covenants
No dumping anywhere in the subdivision

There is no dumping of any kind (grass, clippings, tree branches, dirt, rocks, trash, etc) permitted throughout the subdivision. You may be fined $500 as referenced on the signs posted throughout the subdivision. Yard waste does not belong on vacant lots, drainage, or common ground. Use the proper dump or your own lot. To report dumping, call the office at (307) 686-1221.
