Sleepy Hollow Homeowners Association and the Central Campbell County Improvement and Service District collect contact information so the office can bill assessments, post notices, and reach lot owners.

Account history and homeowner documents are shown only after you sign in. The public site does not publish personal mailing lists. Names, phones, and emails stay with the office — they are not a public or resident phone book.

Payments run through Square. Email is sent with Resend. Map tiles may load from Google. Those vendors see only what is needed to process a payment, deliver mail, or show the map.
