No dumping anywhere in the subdivision

There is no dumping of any kind (grass, clippings, tree branches, dirt, rocks, trash, etc) permitted throughout the subdivision. You may be fined $500 as referenced on the signs posted throughout the subdivision.

Yard waste does not belong on vacant lots, drainage, or common ground. Use the proper dump or your own lot.
