Sleepy Hollow assessments are posted below. The Meadows and Hunter Estates are separate filings. Type a street address to see the posted rate. Sleepy Hollow assessments are $75 each month. Pay in the resident portal. Covenants for each filing are in Documents.

A $15.00 HOA-dues late fee may be added at month-end when unpaid HOA dues reach two months. Excessive-water charges have a separate late fee. Credits, water, and other products do not count toward the dues threshold. Pay in the resident portal. Card charges include Square’s 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee.

Metered homeowner’s rate

Gallons included with HOA dues. Tiers are progressive: the first 30,000 gallons are included, then each band is billed at that band’s rate, year-round. Water rates and reports.
