Sleepy Hollow

A well-established family community in Campbell County, Gillette, Wyoming. Conestoga Elementary sits in the center of the subdivision. Two parks, pickleball courts, and covered storage.

The lots

Sleepy Hollow, the Meadows, and Hunter Estates sit around Conestoga Elementary.

Two boards. One office on Irving Boulevard.

The Homeowner's Association meets the last Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. The Central Campbell County Improvement and Service District meets immediately after. There is no meeting in December.

How it is run

The Sleepy Hollow Homeowner's Association handles covenants, parks, and neighborhood rules. The Central Campbell County Improvement and Service District is the neighborhood’s improvement and service district. Both boards share the Trend Building.

Agenda items go to Linda at the office no later than the Friday before the meeting. Everyone is welcome. Minutes are posted after the board approves them.

Covered mailbox shelters are in two locations. Streets are swept in spring. Parks are maintained in summer.
