Trend Building

The Sleepy Hollow Trend Building is the office and the monthly meeting room. HOA meetings are the last Tuesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. CCCI&SD meetings follow immediately after. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The office may close during those hours for trips to the bank, courthouse, or post office. Residents may request the meeting room for association-related use through the portal. There is no posted rental fee; private parties are at the board's discretion and may require a deposit.
